History of English Cream Golden Retrievers
English Cream Golden Retrievers were first established as a breed by pairing white coated golden retrievers from Russia with Golden Retrievers in the United Kingdom.
In 1936, the American Kennel Club (AKC) formally recognized cream and white as official colors of the Golden Retriever breed.
It is important to note that the AKC does not distinguish Golden Retrievers and English Cream Golden Retrievers as different breeds despite their different bloodlines.
